ATB Relief is a tech-stress tracking app. Through a system of smartphones, smartwatches and desktop apps, we have built a network that will track each individuals everyday interactions with technology and track their stress levels. This app will provide suggestions for how to reduce mental and emotional strain based on a breakdown of the most stress-inducing experiences someone goes through each day.
